At Sahu Gajak Bhandar, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. Please read the shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within India.

Order Processing Time

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary by order weight and delivery zone and are calculated at checkout. This includes applicable COD charges based on region
The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.
Customers enrolled in the Sahu Gajak Loyalty Program are eligible for free standard shipping, where applicable.
COD charges, if available, will apply for both online and store-display orders and are shown at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are calculated after dispatch of the order:

North India: 2–3 working days
Rest of India: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier serviceability, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or high-volume periods.

Products on Display in Store

Products displayed in our physical store can be ordered and shipped directly to the customer’s delivery address.
Orders placed for products on display in the store follow the same shipping charges, processing time, and delivery timelines as online orders.
All store-display orders are shipped in sealed, packaged form only.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.
Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Shipping Returns (High-Value Orders)

For return shipments of items valued above ₹499, customers are advised to use a trackable courier service or purchase shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, Sahu Gajak Bhandar is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
Customers are advised to contact the courier service directly using the provided tracking details.

We reserve the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
