Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are processed and delivered only within India.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping times may vary based on your location:
- North India: 2-3 business days
- Rest of India: 3-5 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return a product, please send it to:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

For returns of items over Rs. 499, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Sahu Gajak Bhandar is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
