Once payment confirmation is received by Sahu Gajak Bhandar for an order, fulfillment process gets started.

In case you want a refund because you're not satisfied with either the product or our fulfillment service, then we have very customer focussed grievance redressal policies. Just get in touch with our customer care within 72 hours of delivery.

We will either exchange the product or refund the billed amount after speaking to the customer within 3-5 working days . Payment mode would be as requested by the customer ( for example UPI , bank transfer etc)

We at sahugajak.com take every measure to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time but at the same time we expect you to bear with us if one in a few orders get slightly disfigured during transit. As most of the food items are perishable in nature, it is difficult for us to entertain the returns.
