Eligible for return/replacement:

• Food items opened or consumed
• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

Return shipping cost: Free for you — Sahu Gajak Bhandar bears 100% of the return shipping cost for approved damaged or wrong-item returns. You will not be charged any restocking fee.

Refund method: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or you may choose a free replacement shipment instead.
