At Sahu Gajak Bhandar, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within India.

Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s PIN code and courier service coverage.

Order Processing Time

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM IST

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed on the same or next working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing on the following business day.

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.

Shipping cost: ₹0

The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery Charges

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected PIN codes.

If Cash on Delivery is available and selected by the customer, COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

COD charges apply for both online orders and store-display orders, where applicable.

Delivery timelines are calculated after dispatch of the order.

Products on Display in Store

Products displayed in our physical store can be ordered and shipped directly to the customer’s delivery address.

Products on display in store follow the same shipping charges, processing time, and delivery timelines as online orders.

Shipping cost for products on display in store: ₹0 free standard shipping across India

All store-display orders are shipped in sealed, packaged form only.

Products are not shipped loose.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message, email, or WhatsApp update with tracking details.

Tracking information may become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Packaging

All products are packed in sealed food-grade packaging and protective outer packaging to help maintain freshness and reduce damage during transit.

Gajak, chikki, tilkut, revdi, and similar traditional sweets are delicate products and may slightly break during courier handling, but we take care to pack every order safely.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, delayed, or received in damaged condition, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order number, photos of the package/product, and an unboxing video where available.

We will review the case and assist with a suitable resolution as per our refund and replacement policy.

Returns & Refunds — Shipping Related

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or incorrect product received.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Shipping Returns for High-Value Orders

For return shipments of items valued above ₹499, customers are advised to use a trackable courier service or purchase shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking details.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are requested to provide the correct name, phone number, address, and PIN code while placing the order.

Sahu Gajak Bhandar is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
