Sahu Gajak Bhandar's Khasta Gajak Biscuit is a traditional Rajasthani sweet made with roasted sesame seeds (til), jaggery and cow ghee. Light, flaky and crisp, it is prepared in small batches and enjoyed during winter and festive occasions such as Diwali, Lohri and Makar Sankranti.

Ingredients

Sesame seeds (til), jaggery (gur), sugar, cow ghee, cardamom. No preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours.
