Sahu Gajak Barfi is crafted at our family facility in Menpura, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan — made by the Sahu family since 1875. Unlike flaky Gajak Biscuit, Gajak Barfi is set into a firm slab and cut into pieces — a softer, denser texture with a compact bite. The 300g is a popular gifting size in the Gajak Barfi range.
