What is Gajak Roll? How is it Different from Gajak Biscuit?

Gajak Biscuit is made by repeated hand-hammering — producing thin, flat, crispy, flaky sheets. Gajak Roll is made by rolling the sesame-jaggery mixture into a cylindrical log, then slicing into rounds — producing a layered cross-section with a slightly lighter texture. Same ingredients; different preparation and format.
