Sahu Gajak Bhandar's Rajsi (Dry Fruit) Gajak is a traditional Indian sweet made with roasted sesame seeds, jaggery, sugar, cow ghee and cashews. Crisp, flaky and nutty, it is prepared in small batches and enjoyed during winter, festivals and gifting occasions.

Ingredients

Sesame seeds (til), jaggery (gud), sugar, cow ghee, cashews, cardamom. No preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours.
