Sahu Gajak Biscuit 700g is a traditional Rajasthani khasta gajak made with roasted sesame seeds (til), jaggery (gur), sugar, cow ghee, pistachio, and cardamom — hand-hammered into crispy, flaky, biscuit-shaped pieces. It is crunchy, vegetarian, and our largest and best value Gajak Biscuit size — perfect for large families, bulk buying, function serving, and year-round daily snacking.
Prepared in small batches by Sahu Gajak Bhandar in Menpura, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan using a traditional family recipe since 1875, this 700g pack gives you the most Sahu Gajak Biscuit per rupee. The same hand-hammered sesame jaggery gajak with pistachio — now in our largest size for households that go through gajak quickly, for wedding sweet trays, and for bulk festival gifting. Also available in 250g, 400g, and 500g.
Sahu Gajak Biscuit — also known as Khasta Gajak, Til Gajak, Sesame Gajak, or Rajasthani Gajak — is a traditional sesame jaggery sweet handcrafted at our family facility in Menpura, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. Made by the Sahu family since 1875, this gajak biscuit combines hand-hammered roasted sesame seeds with natural jaggery (gur), cow ghee, and pistachio. No preservatives, no liquid glucose, no artificial colour. The 700g is our largest and most economical Gajak Biscuit size.
Gajak Biscuit — also called Khasta Gajak, Til Gajak, or Sesame Gajak — is made by hand-hammering roasted sesame seeds with jaggery, cow ghee, and pistachio into thin, crispy, flaky sheets. The hand-hammering process releases the natural oils from the sesame seeds, creating thin, airy layers with a clean, satisfying snap. Sahu Gajak Biscuit is made using this same traditional hand-hammering process in Menpura, Rajasthan since 1875.
All three are traditional Rajasthani sesame-jaggery sweets. Gajak Biscuit is hand-hammered into flat, crispy, flaky sheets — thin and light. Gajak Roll is hand-rolled into a cylindrical log and sliced into layered rounds — slightly different texture. Tilkut is hand-pounded in a mortar into a dense, crumbly block — firmer and more intense in sesame flavour. Same core sesame-jaggery ingredients; three entirely different preparations and textures.
Each piece of Sahu Gajak Biscuit 700g has a light, crispy, layered bite — thin, airy layers of toasted sesame and golden jaggery with the mild richness of pistachio and the warm note of cardamom. The jaggery provides deep natural sweetness; the sesame gives warm, toasty nuttiness; the pistachio adds a subtle aromatic richness. The classic childhood gajak taste — available all year round in our largest, most economical size.
Sesame seeds (til), jaggery (gur), sugar, cow ghee, pistachio, cardamom. No preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours.
