Sahu Gajak Roll — also known as Roll Gajak or Khasta Roll Gajak — is a traditional Rajasthani sweet handcrafted at our family facility in Menpura, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. Made by the Sahu family since 1875. The 600g is our largest and most economical Gajak Roll size.
Gajak Biscuit is hand-hammered into flat, crispy, flaky sheets. Gajak Roll is hand-rolled into a cylindrical log and sliced into rounds — producing a layered cross-section with a slightly lighter texture. Same sesame-jaggery ingredients; different preparation and a distinct layered round shape.

The jaggery provides deep natural sweetness; the sesame gives warm, toasty nuttiness; the cardamom adds a gentle aromatic finish.
